We are ambassadors of Christ united in the building of God's Kingdom,
committed to reaching the multitude by touching the individual.

Administrative Pastor Jason Laws

Family

Jason & Telisa were married May, 1992 and currently have 7 children.  Shealey 15, Levi 12, Natalie 11, Elliott and Elijah 8, Luke 6 and Sarah 4.  “We love being apart of the House of Prayer family and have many great memories over the past 22 years (for me since the very first service in the Brock Building).  We love spending time with our kids and community.”

Shealey and Natalie love swimming and are on the SHARKS swim team in Mt. Carmel.  Levi enjoys football, basketball and plays for the Mt. Carmel Jr League Football team and Indiana Elite-Jazz Basketball Team. Elliott, Elijah and Luke currently are playing summer baseball and enjoy soccer as well.  Sarah is princess in training and has all the energy we older ones would love to have.

Telisa loves to read and do laundry (all the time) and is a great wife and mother.  As for Jason, he enjoys the great outdoors and all of God's creation.

Ministry

The House of Prayer has always given the highest priority to being people of integrity in regards to fiscal matters and has always strived to be a model of excellence in dealing with administrative concerns. The church has faced many new administrative challenges with the ever-increasing size and scope of ministry.

To meet these challenges, Jason Laws was hired in January of 2002 to oversee all financial matters of the H.O.P. In addition, he is responsible for all the campus and building needs as well as office matters and other daily functions of the church.
