Mac Dalton was born and raised in Fairfield, Illinois. Upon graduation from Fairfield Community High School in 1994, he took a year of community college and made preparations to attend bible school. After completing his ministry training in 1998 from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK; he began working as a volunteer under Pastors Mark and Janet Brazee as they were pioneering World Outreach Church of Tulsa, OK. Jen Dalton was born and raised in Ponca, Nebraska. Being raised in a God-centered home and attending Cornerstone World Outreach Church, instilled a passion for Jesus Christ and people. She was able to use that passion through various church outreaches including Junior Genesis (Preschool Church), Club Genesis (Children's Church), Oneighty (Youth Group), Shammah (College and Career), nursing home visitations, Praise and Worship Choir, and Christian theatrical productions from 1994-2005. She went from volunteer to staff member in 2004 working in the administrative department. She attended Bible College in Sioux City, Iowa beginning in 2001 and further ministry training at Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK in 2005. In 2006, she began volunteering and traveling with John Smithwick Ministries International.

In 2007, Mac and Jen married and began preparations to move, heeding a call from the Lord to reach the lost people of Southern Illinois and to equip others to do the same. They have taken all of the training they have received over the last fifteen years and created 'Evangelism 101 Training Seminars'. After these seminars, people are stirred and empowered to lead those lost in darkness to Jesus Christ and to serve their church and community as a 'living sacrifice' unto the Lord. Established June 1, 2009, Fusion Youth Outreach (FYO), Inc. is one branch of their ministry that is influencing the future of all spheres of life – the teens. In FYO's short life, Mac and Jen and their team have had the opportunity to share the message of Jesus Christ to more than 1000 teens. The result has been teens coming to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, teens repenting from sins and destructive lifestyles, and youth groups growing from a sporadic attendance of 10 teens to a consistent attendance of 40 or more.

In August 2010, they accepted an interim pastor position at Northside Pentecostal Church in Fairfield, IL upon the resignation of the pastor. In December 2010, when the previous pastor returned, the board asked Mac and Jen to remain on staff temporarily as Associate Pastors. The goal was to help bring the congregation back to stability and to assist in the pioneering of a church in McLeansboro, IL.

In May 2011, Mac and Jen accepted an invitation to be the guest ministers at the House of Prayer in Albion, IL. After being invited to return numerous times, and over a period of months, the door of opportunity was opened for Mac and Jen to assume the position as Senior Pastors of the House of Prayer. On October 2, 2011, Mac officially ministered his first sermon as the Pastor of the church.

Pastors Mac and Jen Dalton are ordained ministers by and are accountable to Pastors Larry and Eileen Gordon of Cornerstone World Outreach in Sioux City, IA.
